Rack was excellent quality; however, the support chains are worthless. I went to homedepot and got real ones. The chains for this weight structure should be welded links and not the cheap trash then sent with it.

The special paint color that I waited weeks for was simply sprayed on and came off the hooks the first time I hung my pots on them. I could have saved a lot of time and money buying a standard black pot rack and a can of spray paint.
